CAMP FAQ’S

  • YES. Please bring a nut free snack or lunch, and water.

We book parties about 3 months in advance. We usually are book about 3-4 weeks out, but it doesn’t hurt to ask if there are openings if you are hoping for one sooner than that!

Parties usually happen on Fridays at 5 PM, Saturdays at 10 AM or 1:30 PM and on Sundays at 10 AM. If you are hoping for a time outside of these, please get in touch, as we may be able to accommodate. We do not take Sunday afternoon parties.

  • YES. We have an amazing park across the street, and usually dedicate 15-30 minutes of playtime and snack time. In the event of extreme heat, smoke, or wind, we will opt to stay inside.

  • 10 kids. We have 2 teachers at each camp

You can definitely bring any food and drinks! However, we might recommend keeping the snack spread simple. No need for a fancy snack spread, unless that is something you want to do. Please keep any food and snacks NUT FREE. Cupcakes are usually a lot easier to pass out than cutting a cake, but we won’t stop you from bringing a pretty cake!We save the last 20-30 minutes for cake and presents. We do not have a refrigerator, so please, no ice cream.

  • If your child is younger than the dedicated age range, even by a little bit, I’m sorry but we have to stick with our age range. If you have an older child outside of the age range that wants to join, great! Sign them up.

  • Unless your child has a medical reason for you to stay, they should be dropped off.

  • NO. If you are late to picking up, you will be charged a $15 fee for every 10 minutes you are late.
